Recording Studio Experience with a Local Musician
Be a part of the journey of Nashville's next big music star! Imagine Studios will give you rare access to a genuine and carefully curated live recording session. You’ll meet the gifted engineers and musicians and sit side-by-side with them as they make and record music. You will have the opportunity to meet with a local up and coming musician who will be recording two songs (one original and one cover) and you will be up close and personal to the talent, recording process, and the back story to both the artist and their original song. This unique experience can't be found anywhere else in Nashville and is one you won't want to miss!
Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks will be served during the session. Please meet in the lobby by 4:15 PM to get on the bus to bring you 10 minutes down the street to one of Nashville's most prestigious recording studios. The recording activity will last an hour and a half.
Soul of Music City Tour
A tour that hits all the high notes! Experience the true heart of Nashville in the city that lives & breathes music. Filled with live music, history and fun with close-up views of some of the most legendary spots in town including the Ryman Auditorium, Municipal Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Music Row, Rhythm & Blues heritage of Historic Jefferson Street and the Elliston Place "Rock Block", you'll hear insider stories and intriguing facts about the people, places and events responsible for the city's iconic reputation. In between the fun facts and sight seeing, enjoy the live entertainment on the bus with the best tour guides in the city!
Please meet in the hotel lobby at 4:15 PM to board the trolley and head out on what will be an unforgettable experience. The tour take about an hour and a half, so you will be back to the hotel around 6:00 PM.
Nashville Food Tour
Liquor Lab Mixology Class
Indulge yourself in a 90 minute mixology class run by world-class bartenders who will walk you through the process of shaking, stirring, and sipping the perfect drink. It's not just a class, it's a fun-filled experience with cocktails and good company! During the class you will make a selected cocktail (or 2) featuring different base spirits, styles of drinks and seasonal flavor profiles with some Nashville flair. Light appetizers will be provided during the class. Please be sure to being a valid ID.
Please meet in the hotel lobby by 3:45 PM to walk over to the Liquor Lab for the mixology class. We recommend bringing a jacket as the walk is about 15 minutes and will get a bit chilly once the sun goes down.
Goos & Booze Experience
Spirits will be lifted during this chocolate and libation session with chocolate sampling, beverage pairings (highlighted by local Nashville distilleries) and education, plus the chance to make your own custom Goo Goo. The chocolate class will be located the famous Goo Goo Chocolate Co. During your 90 minute class, you will learn about the history of Goo Goo Cluster, taste an assortment of product, learn how to make a variety of Goo Goo confections, all while sipping on some cocktails that tie all the flavors together. Experiences will be taught by a Goo Goo Chocolate Co. instructor.
We will be hosting two sessions of this activity, so please check your personalized itinerary for your meet up time to walk over to Goo Goo Chocolate. The first group will depart at 3:45 PM and the second at 5:45 PM. We recommend bringing a jacket as the walk is about 10 minutes and will get a bit chilly once the sun goes down.
Speakeasy Walking Tour
Let's go back in time and go on a journey back to the scandalous heyday of Prohibition! Your evening begins at the lobby of the hotel, where sharply-dressed guides will set the tone for a night that’s anything but ordinary. By 4:30 PM, you'll be off on a leisurely stroll through Nashville’s entertainment core—passing icons like the Country Music Hall of Fame, Honky-Tonk Highway, and The Ryman Auditorium. Once we arrive in Nashville’s historic downtown, each group will explore with their own master storyteller & high-times hooligan to lead the expedition. You will be adventuring back in time by visiting three distinct, hidden Nashville gems and Prohibition-era inspired 'Speakeasys'. At each venue, you will be provided with one classic drink and a light appetizer. Any drinks consumed outside of the planned tour would be your responsibility.
Please meet in the meeting space Foyer on the third floor by 4:15 PM to start the walking tour. Please be aware that in the selected venues, smoking may be prohibited, so if you do not want this, please opt for a different activity. We highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes and a jacket as the temperatures may dip throughout the tour. All attendees must have a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages during the tour.
Top Golf
Tee it up and join in on a high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy in all-weather hitting bays and music. Every Topgolf has an energetic buzz that you can feel right when you walk through the door. SurveyMonkey has reserved hitting bays for 2.5 hours for you to enjoy hitting the range or competing with co-workers in one of the wide selection of games that utilize micro-chipped golf balls and top tracer technology to keep track of every shot. Golf clubs will be provided in each bay. Light snacks will be provided during your time!
Please meet in the hotel lobby by 4:15 PM for your transfer over to Top Golf from the hotel which is located about 10 minutes away. You will return to the hotel by 7:00 PM.
