For those flying into the area for the meetings, all flights must be booked through Navan. Please take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel. Uber/Lyft can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies). The average cost is approximately $25-30 depending on time of day. Exit the terminal and follow the ride share signs for Uber/Lyft/taxi!

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Event Registration. Stop by the registration table to check into the event and grab your name tag! The registration table will be outside of the Meadow Ballroom. If you do not pick up your name tag today, they will be available outside of the meeting rooms prior to the start of tomorrow's sessions.
During your stay if interested, from 5-7 PM the hotel offers a daily "Happy Hour" on the 4th floor of the hotel which offers complimentary drinks and bar snacks.
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Join us tonight downtown in Nashville as we will be hosting dinner and fun on Broadway Street!
We ask that you make your way over to Casa Rosa, the address is 308 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37201. Just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Join us tonight in the Meadow Ballroom as we celebrate all of your accomplishments and hosting own annual Awards Dinner tonight.
The themed attire for tonight is "Country Cocktail'. Dinner and drinks will be served.
Travel day departing Nashville. Prior to departing, the breakfast buffet is complimentary in Harmony located on the 4th floor of the hotel from 6:30-9:30 AM.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account during our morning break or before our morning meeting. SurveyMonkey will be covering all room charges and meals. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.

Please arrange an Uber/Lyft from the hotel to the Nashville Airport for your departing flight. If you are traveling with co-workers, please ride share!
