  • The hotel is located about 20-30 minutes from the Airport.

  • Weather: For January in Vancouver the average HIGH daytime temperature is 22°F (-5°C) but will drop in the evenings, so we recommend bringing winter jackets and warm clothes including a hat and gloves!  Our events will all be hosted inside, however we will be transporting the group to offsite venues during the week.
