Travel day to Montreal for the international team only (those attending from AUSTRALIA, EMEA and JAPAC ONLY). A reminder to please use the YUL airport for flight booking and flights must be booked through Navan. Please arrange an Uber/Lyft from the airport to the hotel.

Upon arrival, you are on your own for dinner. The hotel features one in-house dinner option at Bivouac. Additional cafés, restaurants, and grab-and-go options are conveniently located within the adjoining Complexe Desjardins. The central location of the hotel also provides easy access to Old Montreal, Chinatown, Sainte-Catherine Street for those looking to explore the city!
Please remember you will be provided a per diem for food not directly provided by SurveyMonkey throughout the event.
Breakfast is offered at Honey Salt at the hotel from 7:00-11:00 AM. Breakfast is not included during your stay, however SurveyMonkey will be providing a per diem to help offset the cost of today's breakfast. For those looking for a quick, grab & go bite to eat or coffee, located across the street from the hotel, The Belgian Chocolate Cafe opens at 6:30 AM daily.

Onsite parking is available at the hotel. For those within driving distance, please park at hotel and charge back to your room and your parking will be covered by SurveyMonkey. We ask that you do not valet your car.
For those flying into the area for the meetings, all flights must be booked through Navan. Please take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel. Uber/Lyft can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies). The average cost is approximately $25-30 depending on time of day. Exit the terminal and follow the ride share signs for Uber/Lyft/taxi!
Upon arrival to the Montreal Airport, rideshare for Lyft and non-UberX Uber rides are located remotely in the P4 parking structure. Passengers must take a shuttle bus from Door 11 to reach this pickup zone. Only standard UberX vehicles pick up passengers directly at the terminal near Door 28. Navigating the pickup zones correctly depends on the service and the vehicle type:
When exiting your flight, follow the signs for "Ground Transportation" to find your designated waiting area or the shuttle bus to P4.

11:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Event Registration. Stop by the registration table to check into the event and grab your name tag! The registration table will be located in the pre-function foyer on LEVEL 6 of the hotel. If you do not pick up your name tag today, they will be available outside of the meeting rooms prior to the start of tomorrow's sessions.
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Join us tonight downtown in Montreal as we will be hosting dinner and fun to kick off the week! More details to follow on tonight's Welcome Reception!
7:00am-8:30am: CKO Registration. For those who did not pick up their name tag upon arrival, please stop by the registration table located outside of the Grand Salon Opera ABC prior to the start of today's meetings.
8:00am-9:00am - Breakfast. Prior to the start of today's meetings, breakfast will be provided in the Soprano ABC meeting room. Take the elevator to level '4' to access the meeting room.

Tonight you are on your own for dinner. SurveyMonkey will provide you with a per diem for dinner tonight of $50 per person. Please use Navan tonight.

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Join us tonight in the Grand Salon Opera ABC as we celebrate all of your accomplishments and hosting own annual Awards Dinner tonight.

Travel day departing Montreal.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. SurveyMonkey will be covering all room charges and meals provided in group settings. Each attendee will also have a per diem for meals not provided by SurveyMonkey during travel days and your free night. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
Uber/Lyft to Airport:
Please arrange an Uber/Lyft from the hotel to the Montreal Airport for your departing flight. If you are traveling with co-workers, please ride share!
Please note that you can submit this expense for reimbursement after the trip.
